Now Hiring: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (Part-Time or Full-Time)
We're looking for a dependable, professional, and friendly Receptionist to join our growing insurance agency. This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on experience, skill level, and availability.
If you're organized, enjoy helping people, and take pride in being reliable and punctual, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Assisting customers with billing questions and processing payments
- Completing forms and customer questionnaires
- Outbound calling to prospective customers
- General office support and administrative tasks
- Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
What we're looking for:
- Professional, positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Phone or customer service experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
- Insurance license is not required
